Education Protection Act Funds (EPA)
Proposition 30, the Schools and Local Public Safety Protection Act of 2013, established a school funding source guaranteed to directly benefit students in the classrooms. The Governing Board of Forest Ranch Charter School resolved that EPA funds received by FRCS would be spent first on Teacher compensation and then, if any funds remained, on Teacher Aide compensation. The following information details funds received and spent over time.
