Kindergarten - Theresa Palmarini

Ms. Palmarini is a founding teacher at FRCS. She started with a 2nd/3rd combo in 2008-09 then moved to kindergarten in 2009-10. She received a degree in Environmental Science Writing from CSU, Chico in 1996 and her teaching credential in 2001. In her spare time, Ms. Palmarini enjoys gardening, working on the Butte Creek property she shares with her husband and two daughters, hiking and knitting. Ms. Lyons is now Mrs. Bodney! Mrs. Bodney joined the FRCS faculty in 2009-10 to teach a 1st/2nd combination class. She stayed with her students in 2010-11, teaching 2nd/3rd. For 2011-12 she is excited to be back to 1st/2nd grade. She received her Bachelors in Sociology in 2007 and her Masters in Education in 2008 from UC Santa Barabara. Originally from San Diego, Mrs. Bodney loves the rural atmosphere of Forest Ranch. Hobbies include her dog Lenny, hiking and cooking. Third/Fourth Grade - Lisa Matoes

Another founding faculty member, Ms. Matoes taught the 4th/5th/6th combo in 2008-09. She survived with flying colors. Ms. Matoes graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Arts and Mathematics in 2001, receiving her teaching credential in 2002.
Fifth/Sixth Grade - Adrienne Jimmerson

Ms. Jimmerson (AKA - the fabulous Miss J) came to FRCS in 2009-10 and has settled into the 5th/6th combination class very nicely. She is originally from Durham, but graduated from Humboldt State University in 2003 with a degree in Liberal Studies/Elementary Education, minoring in Teaching English as a Second Language. She received her teaching credential in 2004 from CSU, East Bay. She enjoys spending time with husband Bryce and son Kwan, bicycling, going to the park and reading.
