FRCS GATE Program Makes the News

Forest Ranch Charter School's Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) Program was recently featured in an article about their honey bee exploration project presented at the Endangered Species Fair held in Chico on May 4th, 2013. Download the E-R article.

FRCS Student Helps Animal Shelter

Shariann H, 2012-13 FRCS Student Council President and sixth grade animal lover, recently made the news. Instead of asking her friends to bring presents to her birthday party, she asked them to make donations to the Butte County Humane Society. To see Shariann in the news, click here. We are very proud of Shariann and hope she continues to make a difference in the world.
